Group training Sessions - Train with a friend or make new ones!

Stay active and meet your fitness goals.

If you are looking to workout with a group rather than a one-on-one personal training session, then we have group sessions! Instead of working just with the trainer, you can bring a friend and work out in groups of between 2 and 4 people, where you can share the cost and enjoyment of the session. Keep each other motivated, accountable and active, whilst still meeting your fitness goals. If you like the idea of group sessions but don’t have anyone to join you, let us know and we can aim to match you with our existing groups.

These sessions still have the same great benefits as the one-on-one personal training:

  • Structured training - Highly educated coaches implementing interesting, specific workouts to meet your goals, whilst taking in to account you as an individual.

  • Accountability - Motivation can fluctuate, but hiring a trainer can help keep you accountable.

  • Safe and Effective - Technique, form and workload management is key to ensure effective and safe training. Our coaches key ensure all of these using their years of experience.

  • Working with Injuries and Conditions - Our trainers are educated and experienced in working with injuries and medical conditions - movement and exercise is always possible and beneficial, we can help you find the right combination.

  • Variety and Fun - Sessions can be adapted to your likes and needs. There is never just one exercise to meet a goal, so sessions are planned and adapted to what you like to keep things interesting.

  • Education to Train Yourself - If time or cost is a factor, our trainers can set you up with the resources and confidence to train at home outside of sessions, however regular check in’s are always recommended.

  • Screening and Assessment - Assessment is key to track your starting point and your progress. Our trainers will ensure that regular assessment and screening is incorporated to help monitor progress and identify any areas to focus on.

Regular sessions are encouraged, with packages and savings available for more regular sessions. Sessions typically last for 60 minutes, just bring yourself, some energy, and a positive attitude!

Rates:

  • 2 people in group = $55 per person, per 60 min session

  • 3 people in group = $45 per person, per 60min session

  • 4 people in group = $35 per person, per 60 min session

Group sessions and rates are dependent on the required number of participants for the session. This cannot be guaranteed so bringing your own group to train with is highly encouraged!
